Kooikmart Supermarket does not issue refunds or allow cancellation of the order after the product has been delivered and the corresponding payment has been processed.
Cancellation Policy
The customer can only cancel the order before the service provider accepts it. If the service provider accepts the order cancellation will not be allowed and there will be no refunds after that.
Payment Confirmation
The customer shall choose from the desired services on Kooikmart Supermarket Website and Mobile Application, once the services is chosen and confirmed the service provider will accept the order or cancel if the order is accepted the customer will receive a payment confirmation via email and on website/application instantly.
Refund Policy
Once the order is placed and service has been done there will be no refunds for the chosen services/product. However, if the service/product provider decides to cancel the order after the confirmation refund will be processed instantly and will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Each item will have a note whether it is applicable to be returned or not. The item consented to be returned can be so if you received the item missing a piece, damaged, or not in a good state. Refund will only be given back within 48 hours of the pickup in form of store credit.
